4-course fluted back guitar in A or G (SL 54cm).

Cocobolo back ribs, ebony sides, solid ebony neck.

The body of this guitar is modeled on that of the Belchior Dias 1581 vihuela, albeit slightly reduced in size, in order to keep it in proportion with the chosen string length value. Solid ebony neck is another remarkable feature of the Dias vihuela that is also reproduced on this guitar. Because of its greater density it gives a noticeably clearer 'edge' to the sound as well as providing a perfect visual combination with cocobolo ribs of the back.
